Strategy - The unofficial information was reported by AppleInsider. According to our colleagues, the manager will use a multi-tasking technology from Mac OS X. The iPhone 4.0 could be introduced this summer.

Apple will he finally meet the insistent demands of its users by adopting the performance multitasking on the iPhone for third-party applications? That's what AppleInsider understands that talks about a firmware 4.0 to be announced this summer.

Already multitasking but ...

The site states that the system would take the technology for Mac OS X. It is unclear however how the battery life and resource management will be supported.

AppleInsider notes that the iPhone is in fact already multitasking. But Apple has deliberately limited its operation to the phone, SMS, e-mail to the iPod and Nike + for reasons of security and autonomy.

If it is confirmed, the introduction of multitasking in the 4.0 firmware should logically also apply to the iPad. (Eureka Press)
